Startup Relaunches Social TV Remote-Control App As 'BlinQ'
Silicon Valley startup Ryz Media has relaunched its universal remote control and TV guide a social app for Apple devices iOS, rename BlinQ, which uses an infrared adapter plug-in to control set top boxes, televisions and other devices.
The soft BlinQ can be downloaded free from iTunes App Store, while the IR orb form (the "Q") costs $ 9.99, including shipping and handling.
Unlike previous Ryz app, My TV Remote, allows the viewer to see BlinQ live information on the most popular shows on television by location and provides updates on programs of their friends are watching.
